Welcome to Akohara Buahan Village Retreat! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern your stay at our retreat. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

• Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the package selected.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and mobile payments. Please ensure your payment details are accurate.
   

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards.

• Check-out Time: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   

3. GUEST CONDUCT

• Behavioral Expectations: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests.

• Noise Policy: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
   

4. PROPERTY RULES

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the retreat premises. Designated smoking areas are available.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property, except for service animals.

• No Children: Our retreat is designed for adults seeking relaxation;

• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
   

5. LIABILITY

• Personal Belongings: Akohara Buahan Village Retreat is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.

• Health and Safety: Guests are advised to take care of their health and safety during their stay. Please report any accidents or concerns to our staff immediately.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

• The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy policy for details on how we protect your information.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Akohara Buahan Village Retreat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Indonesia Jurisdiction.
